Today was a long 12 hour day. I used to have no problem working long days. As an attorney it is just expected. (NOTE: Do NOT go to law school, and if you are an attorney...I am sorry!) But, with Sawyer in my life, my stomach turns into knots when I know I am going to be late to pick up my baby! The good thing is, he still greets me like this!
The even better thing is....in a WEEK, this handsome man below will be home to greet me. Actually, Sawyer and I will be greeting him, but, either way, there will be lots of hugs. ( I might actually never let go!!)Oh, how amazing life will be next week when I get to come home to my two favorite men! 
The picture above is Hunter meeting Secretary of Defense Gates. We are a big fan of him, and Hunter said he was great! What an honor! Currently, Hunter has left FOB Walton (the small base) and is relaxing on KAF (Kandahar Air Field- where he was stationed for the majority of the deployment). He will be sitting pretty until Sunday when he heads to Manas Kyrgyzstan, another airforce base built as a transit center for the Afghanistan war. His ETA is next Wednesday, but we are taking it one flight at a time. And, so far....one flight down! I will keep yall posted.
I thought we tried to talk YOU out of becoming an atty :) Love you and that sweet boy, and cannot wait until JH is home safe.
