9 Months

This post is a few days late, as we have been soaking Dad in....Sawyer is such a big boy! He ....

• Weighs 17 lb and 13 oz (11th %)
• is 29 inches long (76th%)
• Eats 3 solid meals a day
• Nurses and/or has bottles about 5 times a day
• Wears some size 9 month, but mainly 12 month clothes
• Wears size 3 diapers
• Has 4 VERY sharp teeth (2 top and 2 bottom)
• Usually sleeps through the night (NOTE: this literally started the night before Hunter came home--as I KNEW it would.)
• Takes 2 naps a day (1-2 hours at a time)
• Crawls (also started the day Hunter came home) -  It is not a perfect form crawl, but the kid can move!
• Loves to be played with -- any kind of attention
• Babbles constantly - "NaNa" "DaDa" "BaBa" "MaMa" "AhAh
• Recognizes familiar faces and gets excited to see them
• Welcomes you with a big smile
• Puts everything in his mouth
• Likes to play with his doggies (particularly Hannah's tail)
• Does not like to be held much anymore, b/c he wants to be on the go!
• Uses his pointer finger to feel and touch things...so cute
• Rubs his ear and hair for soothing
• Dances - by dancing I mean thrusting his chest to music....so funny!
  
  
Happy Father's Day to my dad, Johnny, Jim, and of course Hunter! We are so thankful that Sawyer's daddy is home, and I love seeing them together. It is so great to have our family of 3 together at last!
