A List & an Elephant

We have now lived in Sugar Land for about a month, so I thought it would be appropriate to do a Love/Miss list.

First, the things we Miss about Colorado...

1) the weather...seriously y'all it is HOT!

2) the lack of bugs- We are currently counting 20 plus bites on our little family of 3;

3) the Mountains, OBVIOUSLY;

4) Amazing childcare and babysitters;

5) Quick access to Taos, including frequent visits from GiGi.

And the things we LOVE about Texas

1) The water- we have already been to the beach, and have more trips to the water planned.

2) ALL the friends we have gotten to spend time with;

3) ALL the family we have gotten to spend time with;

4) Work Schedules - both of us have reduced (compared to CO) schedules which results in more time together as a family;

5) Air Conditioning....priceless (well, not really priceless. I am sure it is quite expensive actually. I will let you know when we get our first bill)!
