So Big

I mean, I just think he looks like he's 5 years old! He just looks so big to me.

Maybe it's because he isn't really eating in the highchair anymore, or maybe it's because he started school, or maybe it's all the new 2-3 word sentences he says.  Either way, I love my little boy and all of his new big-boy tendancies.

Here are some big-boy things Sawyer has been doing lately...

- Calling Daddy's name when he wants to find him in the house, and looking all over.

- Climbing on his stool, loading his tooth brush, turning on the water, and brushing his teeth (all on his own).

- Eating meals at his own little table.

- Calling "Momma" when he can't find me, finding me, giving me a hug, and going back to play! :)

- walking up and down the stairs, no more crawling.

- playing stop and go.

- singing, a lot.

- when he sees rain, singing "rain rain."

- when he's tired, laying his head on my shoulder and squeezing me sweetly.
