Memorial Day

Memorial Day used to just mean a 3 day weekend off from school or work. But, since Hunter has been in the Army, it means so much more! It literally brings tears to my eyes to think about the sacrifices our soldiers and their families have made over the years. I know it is very hard for people to put themselves in their shoes, and I know our men don't want you to feel the pressure, fear, and exhaustion they endure.  But, on this day, just stop for one minute and say a small little prayer of thanks for the brave men and women and all they have done for our country.  Sawyer and I are very grateful for CPT Leever and all that he has done for us as a family. We are very proud of his hard work and dedication to our country! We will of course be MUCH happier when he is on American soil....Happy Memorial Day!
