I wanted to write some things Sawyer has been saying down so that I didn't forget.

 

Me: Goodnight Sawyer. I love you

S: Bye Mommy

Me: Sawyer, I love you.

S: Okay

 

This morning when getting dressed.

S: Daddy where are you?

S: (louder) Daddy where are you?

S: Is Daddy sleeping?
Me: No

S: Daddy working.

once downstairs, gets his shopping cart.

S: I go to work Mommy.

 

In the car watching his car movie.

S: What happened?

Me: I don't know. you tell me...Is the car sad?

S: No, he's happy!

 

In his bedroom tonight. He hasn't been wanting to sit with me in the rocker, but sit in his little chair next to me. I acted pouty tonight when he wouldn't sit with me.

S: Mommy you sad?

Me: Yes.

S: You need hug?

Me: Yes. Runs over to me and climbs in my lap and gives me hug and kiss.
