Sawyer was very blessed (spoiled) this Easter! He started his weekend by visiting the Easter Bunny. You would think most 18 month old kids would be frightened by big furry things, but not Sawyer. He just wanted to poke his eyes and nose, and rub his fur. He would have sat there for an hour if I had let him.
GiGi came to spend Easter with Sawyer, and that is always a treat!
Dad came home from a quick Taos trip with a new bike....the Strider. For all you parents of children under the age of 3, look it up. It is the new way to teach balance, without foot pedals. He isn't quite old enough yet, but should be this summer.
GiGi and Granddaddy also bought Sawyer a new wagon for Easter. I told you he is spoiled! :) Here he is helping Dad build it.
Easter morning, Sawyer opened the Easter basket, filled with a bunny book, light up egg, airplane, and a helicopter.
As if he hadn't had enough fun, we went to the park in his new wagon for an egg hunt.
Sawyer immediately got the hang of it, and loved collecting the eggs.
Once GiGi showed Sawyer that there were jellybeans inside of the eggs, he collected them even faster.
And, of course, he had to stuff some in his mouth before he finished the hunt.
Sawyer and I were beat after the hunt!
I think our little English boy really enjoyed his Easter! And, we are all blessed!
So sweet! And you're a skinny minnie!!
