Sleep Saga

I have always heard about toddlers and their ability to negotiate bed-time, but I think my child might be one of the best!
Going to bed this week has been SO DIFFICULT.
Just a few quotes...
" It's not dark yet."
" It's time to wake up."
" I need my dragon/bunny/dog/blanket/turtle."
"I don't want my dragon/dog/bunny/turtle."
"I need covers."
"I need to go potty." (5 minutes after he just went)
"I need socks." (when he's wearing footed pajamas)
"Check the closet for wolves."
"It's too dark"
"turn the night light off."
"I need to hug Daddy."
" I need to hug Mommy."
"I want to go downstairs."
"I want to go to Mommy's bed."
"Let's read another book." (after we have read 10)
"Let's sing another song." (after we have sung 3)
"2 more minutes, no, 5 more minutes."
"I want to pray."
"I want to hold you."
"I need juice."
"I want water."
"I need a band-aid."
"I'm not tired." (after I told him how tired I was.)

Are you tired yet? Because if you aren't you can come over and try to put my toddler to bed and then you will be exhausted!
It's a good thing he's CUTE! :)
