Anesthesia and a Birthday!

Sawyer got tubes put in his ears today.  The procedure was very quick and went well. However, the "wake up" from the anesthesia did not! After we finally got Sawyer to quit screaming hysterically, he then vomited all over me! Side note, in all of Sawyer's vomiting (and we have had a lot of it in his lifetime), JH has never, once, been vomitted on!

 

 Sawyer slept for 4 hours today...Hard work waking up at 5 a.m.! Doesn't he look a tad hungover?!?  The good news is, the ENT drained a lot of fluid from his little ears. So, he should be feeling great and hearing well!

We would much rather to Jacksonville to celebrate this 6 year old's birthday! Sawyer loves his
"Cole!" Happy birthday to the best big cousin ever!

 and sweetest nephew ever!
